Reporting channels and investigation management:

RH has set up a dedicated hotline for internal control to encourage employees, clients, suppliers, etc. to express opinions and report dishonest behaviors. The reporting mailbox is directly managed by the audit unit who submits reports to the board of directors and the chairman, and special investigators are assigned to conduct independent investigations as appropriate.

RH has established a “reporting system” and operating procedures. It is expressly stipulated that the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report shall be kept confidential, and the investigators will properly retain the relevant information obtained during the investigation process.
